Continuing Education Refund and Change Policy

 

Overview

In order to keep course fees as low as possible we have implemented this refund and change policy.  Keeping administrative and support expenses to a minimum allows courses to be as affordable as possible.

 

 

 

Changes

 

Courses can be changed within 24 hours of their initial purchase and prior to the class.  If you have registered for the wrong course you can change to the correct course.  After 24 hours there are no changes permitted.  Changes should be emailed by replying to your purchase confirmation with the date/time/course you need to change to.

Refunds

 

You can request a complete refund within 24 hours of making your initial purchase and prior to the start of the class.  After this time there are no refunds.  

 

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. I missed my Class, I want a refund or to change

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or reschedules on missed classes.  You will need to register for another course date/time when you are able to make it to the class.

2. I purchased multiple seats by accident

Please reply to the purchase email as soon as possible and we will handle this on a case by case basis.  If done before the 24 hour refund window passes a no questions asked refund will be made.  

3. My plans changed and I can’t take the course

That’s unfortunate, but we don’t issue refunds or make course changes more than 24 hours after the course is purchased.  On the bright side, the courses are affordable.  

4. Can I call and talk to someone about my CE course?

We do not offer phone support for CE classes.  Please send an email and we will respond in a timely manner.
